Are you Micro-Managing The Divine?

The quote I mention (and kinda butchered!) in the video is:

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”
– Albert Einstein

I surrender worrying about being “second best.” I am very much first best in my own life, having given up that I must accept any less respect or treatment from others. I need to give up apologizing for having needs.
My soulmate is out there on his way to find me, with divine’s blessing.

I love this video! I try to micro-manage everything and its exhausting! And my anxious thoughts have really been spiraling out of control lately. What a relief to watch this video and be reminded to trust the universe and life itself. Just as life provides my next breath, it will provide what I need as I need it in perfect time. Thank you for sharing your energy and light, it really brightened my morning.

There’s a big difference between surrendering (and then taking massive action as though you’re actually going to realize your desired outcome) and giving up (and saying that it’s in God’s hands). So-called “surrendering” and then sitting on your duff waiting for God to work His/Her magic is a bit ridiculous. Oprah said on one of her LifeClasses that there’s been so many times that she’s prayed to God, and wondered why her prayers weren’t answered and realized that God was waiting on her. Perhaps surrender is the magic to see the rope in front of you, but you’ve got to climb the rope. Perhaps surrender is embracing fully EXACTLY what your situation is, ACCEPTING it, and then praying to realize the LESSON contained within. And realizing that you are BLESSED to be in your current place and that doesn’t mean you’re going to STAY there.

A few years ago, my college-age son deoeevpld some alarming physical symptoms for which he needed a series of neurological tests and MRI. It was the scariest time of my life. After a couple weeks of prayer the soul wrenching intense kind of prayer, I realized I needed to surrender my son’s health and his future to God. I could not hang on to what I believed his life and health should be like. It was a turning point in my spiritual life that brought me closer to God than I could ever imagine. Miraculously, his symptoms disappeared. He is healthy and happy today. He just graduated from college and will be married in August!!!

You do not have to devote hours at the gym or exert so much
effort and power in carrying out work out just
to be in a position to tone your muscles.
