Dear One,

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday of the year. I love that it is a day  focused on gratitude and appreciation and gathering around a table for a feast with people you love.

It can be far too easy to let our Inner Mean Girls and inner critics rob us of appreciation, leaving us feeling like mountain climbers gone mad, never stopping to take in the view and how far we’ve come.

Gratitude

Personally, I am swimming in gratitude these days. I feel deeply grateful for the baby in my belly, for my incredible firecracker of a daughter who makes me laugh every single day, for my loving husband who is my biggest fan and supporter, for my parents and family, for my tribe of friends, for my thriving business built around creating a positive impact, for my health and for people like you who take time to read these emails.

Thank you for being you.
