		<description>Yeah, I&#039;d love a more mindful like, too, but wonder how to do that without being as driven as I am with other tasks.  Guess, that&#039;s why life is long, to have time to figure these things out.  

Asking myself, &quot;Is this what you want?&quot; several times a day, usually when I&#039;m feeling resentful about something, keeps me be present and decide how to respond, rather than just react.  I&#039;ve gotten some miraculous results, especially dealing with my teens.</description>
