About Marina

Marina Spence founded The Pink Edge (www.pinkedge.com) in 2007 to help women change their work or their attitude toward work.

Her book, Make Every Day a Friday! The Joy of Connecting Who You Are With What You Do (Morgan-James) was released in February, 2009. The book reveals the Stress-Free Career Change System, one that has helped hundreds of women navigate the intimidating and unsettling process of finding work that works for them.

Marina grew up in an agricultural town in Northern California, where she plunged into her first job – babysitting, followed by work in the fields. Since then, she has been a social worker, a computer programmer, software project manager, and management consultant for clients like JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley.

Now Marina juggles management consulting with being an author and mentor.  She lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area.
