		<description>What a great list Amy. I laughed when you referred to the SNL skit with Stuart Smalley, because that&#039;s what comes to my mind when I think affirmation. Sometimes the affirmation feels silly to us if we make it a big stretch from our current reality, right? So I&#039;ve learned to take smaller steps with affirmations, always making them believable to myself. I can&#039;t help but chuckle, &quot;I&#039;m good enough, I&#039;m smart enough, and gosh darn it, people like me!&quot; And you&#039;re right, no matter how silly they make me feel, affirmations are powerful.</description>
