For this week’s Wake-Up Call Wednesday I have a challenging question for you: What are you waiting for?

I’ve seen it time and time again with my clients…and in my own life. Our Inner Critics and Inner Mean Girls tell us Big Fat Lies like:

“It’s too late for me”

or

“I don’t know how”

or

“When the time is perfect, then I’ll go for it.”

So take a breath right now, close your eyes and ask your Inner Wisdom…if I stopped waiting, what would I do?

And then do it.
