When you say no, you’re putting your focus and energy on something you don’t want. And what we focus on grows. This makes it incredibly important to find the YES, the things you want and love, and focus on it. I thought my daughter, Annabella, does such a beautiful job of embodying the YES energy. She says YES all the time now, with a full throttle, full body nod. Give it a try in your life and watch what happens.
