The Wake-Up Call Show: This is your brain on stress + dance break!

Dear One,

What a joyful month of dance breaks, leaning in, learning and keeping it real. Thank you so much for joining me LIVE when you can for the Wake-Up Call Show (and for tuning in whenever you can afterwards!).

On today’s Wake-Up Call Show  I’m going to share with you some of the fascinating things I’ve learned about how our brain works…and how we can take advantage of that brain science to make our lives happier, healthier and filled to the brim with joy!

We’ll even do a quickie visualization to put your incredible imagination and creativity to work for fabulous you. Ahhh yeah!

And then, of course, we’ll end with a dance break so we can laugh, move our badass bodies and let go!

Shakin’ my bootie,

P.S. Not only am I putting on my boogie shoes today, I’m also gearing up for tonight’s truth telling, Big Fat Lie busting tele-jam with my soul sister, Christine Arylo.

It’s called the Dark Side to Breakthroughs and it’s tonight, Weds. 2/27 at 5pm PT/8pm ET. On the call we’re going to get REAL about how to transform your breakdowns into breakthroughs.

(Can’t make it live? Register anyway and we’ll send you the recording).

Please post your best case scenario below and let the collective hold it with you!!

OMG! I just love you Amy!!! Live is so fun and great but I will watch recorded too…so do what’s best for YOU!
Best case scenario, my home, life and mind are clutter free…or at least in a “day/week manageable state! Busy Betty is in her corner (sitting right next to Facebook Fran) and I am feeling free and full of love to give myself and my family the time we deserve and desire.

The best case scenario would be the dental specialist being able to help me sooner than later and a way to afford it coming to light.

This was just what I needed today. And to think I was going to skip your email. I had forgotten my joy! And now I feel so much better. Thank you, thank you! *Love and hugs*

Loved seeing your husband – he’s great! And I love these morning dance breaks. Keep them coming, live or canned is fine for me!

My best case scenario is my meeting my own needs and not feeling responsible for everything. I love that sensation of not having the weight of responsibility. it is like a blanket being removed off my shoulders.

So incredible Amy, we are one!! At present my son attends the international “Greenest School in the World 2012”. It is a loving, nurturing and a revolutionary school in the jungle of Bali made of bamboo but a little stressing at the moment. Best case scenario woohoo – it’s a revolution on education worldwide and my son hit’s the high note <3 Thank you, love your work <3
